Being the face of your business means putting yourself out there for people to see and get to know. It’s not for everyone or every business type and that’s ok. However, it can be an incredibly successful way to connect with new clients and level up your business and here’s why…
- Trust. Personal branding where you put your personality out there and make it a big part of your business is what creates authenticity. Authenticity then creates trust and trust is huge when it comes to business. Trust can completely change your business. It can give you the freedom to be as creative as you want with whatever it is you do. Trust creates more referrals and loyal clients. You can read this blog post on how to build trust for more information.
- Stand Out. There’s a great book by Seth Godin called Purple Cow. This book is all about how to be a purple cow in a sea of brown cows, or in other words, how to stand out as a business. Being the face of your business means you need to stand out. Standing out really involves figuring out your brand and how to infuse your personality into your business. It’s tough, but necessary to becoming the face of your business. There are tons of great blog posts in the branding section of this blog that can help you figure out how to start branding so you stand out too!
Hoping you guys find the inspiration to become the face of your business if you haven’t already, or dive in deeper if you’ve already started down the path of personality marketing. Group coaching is coming up and you can sign up over here. It starts March 23rd and I’d love to have you there so I can walk you through this process and make sure that your brand is two-fold, with a complete picture and a concrete message to your customers. Group coaching is limited to 10 spots, but if you really feel that one-on-one coaching is something you need we can do that too! In the meantime make sure you follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and Periscope (@carrieswails) so I can keep you in the loop and help you learn more about branding, your message, and how to take that to the next level!
